ALLOWED ITEMS
- VR Headsets, Accessories and Non-Clear VR Cases*
- Bags and backpacks that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12"
- Small clutch bags (no larger than 4.5" x 6.5") with or without a handle or strap
- Medically necessary items after proper inspection
- Factory-sealed water bottles 51 oz./1.5 liters or smaller, or empty clear plastic water bottles
- Hand sanitizer 3 oz or less
PROHIBITED ITEMS
Please note: This list represents common prohibited items and is not all-inclusive. Event management reserves the right to prohibit other items.
- Solid backpacks, Mesh bags, Large purses and Fanny packs
- Camera bags
- Soft or hard-sided coolers, ice chests
- Glass, ceramic or metal containers
- Use of tobacco products, including e-cigarettes, vaping devices, and smokeless cigarettes/tobacco
- Cameras with detachable lenses greater than 6" or video cameras
- Tripods or monopods
- Backpacks, bags and other similar bags larger than 8” X 5” X 1”
- Sticks, poles or similar objects that can be used as a weapon
- Weapons of any kind
- Fireworks, drones or laser pointers
- Artificial noisemakers (example: air horns, thunderstix, musical instruments, cans filled with contents, whistles, cow bells or any other item used to make artificial noise
- Pets/animals
- Clothing deemed obscene, indecent and/or offensive

* VR cases are the only exception to our clear bag policy. All VR cases are subject to inspection upon entry. To help us facilitate security checks, please only bring essential VR items in your case. The case must be specifically designed for VR headsets and be a reasonable size for that purpose. Backpacks and other general-purpose bags, cases, and containers are not permitted.
ID CHECKS AND SECURITY
When you pick up your event badge, you'll need to present a valid photo ID that matches the name on your ticket. We only accept state-issued driver's licenses or passports for identification.
Minors must be accompanied by the guardian listed on their ticket AT ALL TIMES, AND EVENT BADGES WILL ONLY BE RELEASED TO THE GUARDIAN. The guardian will also need to show a valid ID to verify their identity WHEN ENTERING THE VENUE WITH THE MINOR.

For the safety and security of all our guests, everyone entering the venue will go through a metal detector. Our event staff also reserves the right to inspect any bags or items brought into the venue. Your cooperation helps us create a safe and enjoyable experience for everyonE!

Mobile order drivers should drop off food at the main event entrance.
* Please note that food and drink will not be allowed inside of the theaters.
There will be seating and community space available to eat outside of competition areas.
TRANSIT
TO AND FROM AIRPORT
Sky Harbor International Airport is a 15 mile drive from VRML CON, with public transit available.
To arrive to the venue using public transit:
- Take the SkyTrain airport transit from your terminal to the 44th St. Station.
- Take the Valley Metro Light Rail to Center/Main St (~40 mins, 14 stops)
